Dennis Baldis

December 1, 1952 - December 26, 2021

Dennis began his work as a Field Manager at South-Dade Venture CDD in 2006. He took pride in his knowledge of landscaping. He loved working alongside the Board of Supervisors and landscape companies to achieve the best outcome for the community. Dennis helped create numerous improvements, all creating a more inviting community. Upgrading the main round-about pavers, decorative signs, and initiating the lake bench program help set a high standard that has had an invaluable benefit to the residents. He was presented the Employee Excellence Award in recognition of his outstanding service and dedication to the Waterstone Community on April 26, 2012. He felt the people he worked with were not just co-workers, but friends (even family), and he was well respected by all.

Spending time with family and friends was his number one favorite thing to do. He liked to bake pies and cookies, especially chocolate chip cookies that he loved to share during the holiday season. He also loved to go fishing, which he did almost every winter evening at the lake behind his home.
