Welcome to the official web site of the South-Dade Venture Community Development District. The District was created in 2003 to serve the 2,269 homes located within the Waterstone community. This site is provided by the District in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District. Same services at a reduction in assessments!
The CDD Board siezed the opportunity of lower rates, no pre-payment penalties, and increased marketability in the bond market, to achieve 19% savings on the 2002 Bonds. Bond term is not extended making it a win for the community. Below is a chart of the annual savings passed directly to property owners.
